Today’s topic is all about Car Flipping On Craigslist – Why It’s Still The BEST Place To Find Deals.

No. I’ve never worked on a Range Rover. My dad’s good friend had a 2005 Range Rover and I rode in it and drove in it. It was nice, but I never worked on one.
Let’s do some live car deal finding on Craigslist. Let’s pick out a VIP here in Nashville, TN with a budget of $6000-$7000.

As a rule of thumb, I stick with cars that just have 10,000 miles per year. If you’re in the mid states, you can go 12,000 miles per year.
Check out this 1965 C10 Build Truck. This looks interesting and may be a good project for me. Let’s save this.
Let’s move on with the other deals. Now, let’s see this 2015 Dodge Dart with 44,000 miles. This looks clean to me. I wonder what the Blue Book has on this car.
This could be a potential $1500 profit, if you negotiate really well and it’s only three years old. It’s posted three minutes ago, so it’s fresh.
He’s asking for $6900, you can ask for $5000 cash, the when you reflip it, I would put it up to $7250 OBO and get for around $6800. You can make yourself $1500 profit.
You can also go to auctions. However, the problem with public auctions is that they drive the prices up and it’s harder to find deals.
Another reminder is to try to stay away from cars that have been modified too much because buyers sometimes like to modify their own cars.
Sometimes, it will just take you a couple of hours to find a deal. But, sometimes it takes me 3-4 days to find a deal. Then, you need to be the first one to call and to make an offer.
Remember that you need to be consistently finding deals. Just put in 30-40 minutes, in the morning and in the evening.
