And by letting the public buy and sell cars, they can tax you. This gives opportunity to the hustlers in CUBA now. This just goes to show you there is money to be made in the economy. I don’t want to be pessimistic or anything but things are getting worse, the economy will get worse.
On the up side, there will be more and more people looking for affordable used cars.
