This is based on my 20 years of experience. I may look young, but I’ve been flipping cars since I was 15 years old and flipped my first scooter when I was 13 years old.
Here’s the five best cars to flip in the Asian Market. This is in no particular order: Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru and Honda. The last model is little harder to find good deals, and yes, I mean the Honda.
When I mean good deals, it means deals where you have room to put a little value add to make more profit. There’s a lot that goes into this, but it is really simple once you learn the concepts.
I added a little more to the list. You also have the Hyundai, Kia, Mitsubishi.
I get asked this all the time, “What are the best cars to flip?” I can give you a list, but it is important to do your market research. You may be living in a city where people who live there like American cars more than Asian cars and you’d see a lot more people driving American cars than the Asian ones.
However, overall, Asian cars have a very good track record and very much dependable. They are a little bit more expensive than the GM cars that you flip for profit.
The top features of cars that I like to flip for profit are the following: 4-cylinder cars sells good no matter what type of economy we are in, particularly in a downtrend economy where people save on gas.
Another must have is a cold AC and heat. It is very difficult flipping cars that do not have these working well.
Another feature may be power windows. However, most cars, nowadays have power windows, except if you are flipping classics like this ’67 Chevelle that I have here.

This Mazda Miata is one of the flips that I’m doing. I was supposed to sell this to a guy for a bunch of Ethereum. He fell through on the deal, so I decided to hold on to it for now.
I’m not in a rush to sell it because I really bought it to keep and not to flip. I have a lot of offers to it, but I’m just not getting offers for the price that I’d like for it.
The offers were into the $7500 range, but I didn’t want to let it go at that price point. I wanted at around the $8500-$10000 price range. But, I will keep it for now. It’s a cool, awesome ride.
For those of you who are interested, believe that you can do this! No matter how young or old you are. I started when I was 13 years old, flipping scooters then moved on to cars when I was 15 years old.
